What we do every month
Preventive maintenance so faults don’t happen, and quick support for when they do.

Monitoring
Automatic alerts for a full disk, a disk starting to fail, antivirus that has stopped or a backup that hasn’t run. Often we fix it before you notice.

Updates
System, software and router kept up to date, tested and at times that don’t get in the way. No restarts in the middle of the morning.

Checked backups
We check that backups are running and, every so often, restore one to make sure it works.

Support when it fails
Remotely and straight away for whatever can be fixed at a distance, and in person in the Vallès Oriental for whatever can’t.

We don’t charge for computers you don’t have
The fee is calculated from your actual inventory and reviewed when it changes.
Nor leave security for later
Antivirus, updates and backups are included, not extras. If you want to go further, there is the cybersecurity audit.
Nor hide the cost of parts
The fee covers the labour for maintenance and support. Parts, licences and new equipment are separate, and always quoted first.
Nor tie you to us
Passwords, configurations and licences are documented in your company’s name. If you ever change provider, you take it all with you.

How is it different from paying for each repair?+
With one-off repairs you pay when something breaks, from €39, and start from scratch each time. With maintenance we monitor your computers so they break less, the backups are already there when you need them and, if something fails, we know how it is set up and fix it sooner. If you have a single computer that hardly ever gives you trouble, one-off repairs may suit you better, and we’ll tell you so.How is the fee calculated?+
Home users and freelancers with one computer pay from €19 a month. For businesses, the fee starts at €49 a month, which covers the first two computers, and each additional computer adds €25 a month. Servers and NAS are quoted separately, because their maintenance depends a lot on what they do. All prices exclude VAT, and you get the exact fee in writing after we have seen your computers.What isn’t included?+
Parts, software licences, new equipment and large projects, such as replacing the whole network or moving office. All of that is quoted separately and always before the work is done. What is included is the labour for day-to-day maintenance and support.How quickly do you respond to an incident?+
The business plan includes remote and on-site support in under 4 hours during working hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00. Whatever can be solved remotely is usually solved there and then; if a visit is needed, we come to your office.Is it GDPR compliant?+
Whoever maintains your computers can see personal data, so under the GDPR they are a data processor and a contract governing that is required. We have it signed before we start. We explain it in detail in what the GDPR requires of IT maintenance.Do you cover areas outside the Vallès?+
Remote support reaches anywhere, but maintenance includes visits, so we offer it in Granollers and the Vallès Oriental. If you are a little further away, ask us and we’ll tell you whether we can look after you properly.More services
