No, with one exception. The diagnosis and the quote are free and come with no obligation, whether it's repairing a computer, setting up a network or putting cameras into a warehouse. The exception is data recovery, where the diagnosis itself takes hours of work on the drive: it costs €40 to €60 and is fully deducted if you accept the quote. First you tell us what you need, by phone or WhatsApp; then we look at the case and give you a fixed figure before we touch anything. You only pay if you decide to go ahead. This applies just as much to fixed-price services, such as IT support from €39, as to those listed as "tailored", where the diagnosis is the step that turns a price range into a specific figure. We don't charge for having a look, or for explaining why something costs what it does. If, once we've seen your case, the price doesn't suit you, you can leave it there with no obligation: there's no small print and no hidden tie-in behind the word "free".

The prices on this page are a guide and exclude VAT, as the note under the table says. That's the usual way to show business pricing: it lets you compare directly with other providers, who tend to publish their figures the same way. The final quote you receive in writing, on the other hand, always breaks down the amount with VAT already included, so you know exactly what you'll pay before you agree to anything. No charges appear after the job is done: what you sign is what gets invoiced. If you're unsure whether a particular figure —for example the €39 for IT support or the €19/month for ongoing support— includes VAT, ask us when you request your quote and we'll confirm it in writing before you decide anything.

Because there's no honest figure to give without knowing the case. Today only Starlink internet is still listed that way: the price depends on the location, whether a mast or a long cable run is needed, and the type of mounting, and putting a single number on that would mean making it up. Every other service publishes a "from" price taken from its own page: data recovery from €80, websites from €690, home Wi-Fi from €90, cameras from €149 or hosting from €9/month. That "from" is the floor for the simplest version, not the final price: a web project can be a one-page landing page or a shop with a hundred products and a payment gateway, and a camera installation can cover a flat or an entire industrial unit. In web development, what counts is the functionality, the number of pages and whether you need an online shop; you can see which items drive that price in what a website quote should include. In fibre and networks, it's the size of the premises and the number of network points; with cameras, how many are needed and the area to cover. The step that turns a "from" or a "tailored" into a figure is always the same: the free diagnosis, where we look at your specific case before committing to anything.

A "from" price is the floor, not the final price: it's what the simplest version of the service costs, with no extras. IT support from €39, for example, covers a one-off job; if the computer needs parts, software licences or a home visit, that's added separately and we tell you before we start, not on the final invoice. The same goes for "tailored" services: the figure you end up paying depends on the scope defined in the quote, not on a flat rate. Our rule is simple: anything that could push the price up is said before you say "yes", never discovered when the invoice arrives.

Yes, the quote you accept is fixed: the figure you sign is what you pay for the scope that's been defined, with no last-minute surprises. What can happen is that, during the job, something turns up that wasn't foreseen in that scope —electrical wiring that needs work before the cameras can go up, a server older than it looked—. In that case we don't carry on regardless: we stop, explain what's come up and why it changes things, and give you an additional quote so you can decide whether to continue. We never invoice an extra without discussing it with you first. The underlying idea is the same for every service: what's agreed is honoured, and anything new gets discussed.

With an on-site diagnosis or, where the service allows it, from photos and a phone call. With security cameras, for example, the price depends on how many cameras are needed, whether you need night vision or motion detection, and the distance between the area to be monitored and where the recorder can go —cabling a large warehouse isn't the same as covering a flat—. That's why we wouldn't give a figure over the phone without having seen the space: it would be guesswork. It's slower than throwing out a number over the phone, but it's the only way that doesn't backfire when the invoice arrives.
