We are THRAX BIEITO INGENIERIA INFORMATICA SL, an IT engineering company with its registered office and workshop in Granollers. We work with households, shops and businesses across the Vallès Oriental, and we come to you: most of what we do can't be fixed over the phone.

The reason we cover so much is a practical one: in a small business, the computer, the fibre line, the cameras and the website end up being the same problem, and splitting them across four suppliers means none of them takes responsibility for the whole.

A fixed quote before we start
We assess the job, we quote for it, and that's the price. If something comes up that changes the scope, we stop and check with you first: the invoice never grows by surprise.
A reply within 24 hours
It's the commitment we make across the whole website, and the one we hold ourselves to. For maintenance contracts, the response times are those set out in the contract itself.
Local technicians
There's no call centre in another province. The person who answers the phone is the person who comes out, and they know the industrial estate or the street you're talking about.
What you won't find here
No made-up testimonials, no inflated figures
We say it just as plainly on the case studies page: the photos are stock images, and we never publish a client's name without asking their permission first. The Google rating badge isn't written by hand either: it comes from the real business profile, and if it doesn't reach the minimum number of reviews, it isn't shown. We'd rather leave a gap than show a dressed-up number.
No founding year for show
On many websites in this sector you'll see a "since 19XX" and a row of certification logos. You won't find them here, because we won't publish anything we can't back up. What you can check for yourself are the registration details below: company name, tax ID and entry in the Companies Register.
