Cybersecurity for small businesses
without the scaremongering

We review your computers, your network, your accounts and your backups, tell you what leaves you exposed today and fix it in order of risk. No selling fear, no selling kit you don’t need. In Granollers and the Vallès, or remotely.

What we do

Four fronts, in order of risk

You can book just the audit and do the rest with your own provider, or leave all of it to us.

01

Security audit

We review computers, servers, router, Wi-Fi, email accounts and backups. You get a report with priorities: what to fix this week, what this month and what can wait.

02

Protecting computers and network

Managed antivirus that spots suspicious behaviour, a properly configured firewall, up-to-date software and a guest network kept apart from the work one.

03

Accounts and email

Two-factor authentication on everything that supports it, a password manager for the team, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC so nobody can send email in your domain’s name.

04

Anti-phishing training

Workshops built on real examples: fake invoices, messages posing as the bank or the boss, and fake tech-support calls. Plus phishing simulations, always with the company’s agreement.

How they get in

What we see in small businesses

Most incidents don’t start with a sophisticated attack, but with something nobody had checked.

Fake emails and invoices

A change of bank account ‘from the supplier’, or a link to ‘verify’ your account. It is the most common way in.

Reused passwords

The same password for email, the bank and the online shop. When one leaks, they all go.

Out-of-date computers

Unpatched systems, such as the Windows 10 machines still running without support, and software nobody has updated since it was installed.

Backups nobody tests

There is a backup, but nobody has tried restoring it. Or it is plugged into the same computer, and the ransomware encrypts it too.

How we work

Diagnosis first, solutions second

We touch nothing without you knowing what it is, why, and what it costs.

01

Initial call

Tell us how many of you there are, what you work with and what worries you. Free and with no obligation.

02

Audit

We review your set-up with your written authorisation, at your office or remotely.

03

Report with priorities

We explain what we found in plain language, with the cost of each fix.

04

Fixes

We deal with the urgent things first. If you’d rather your usual provider did it, we hand them the instructions.

05

Regular review

We take another look every so often, because computers, people and threats all change.

Our approach

What we don’t do, and why

In security it is easy to sell smoke and mirrors. We’d rather tell you what we don’t promise.

We don’t promise zero risk

Nobody can guarantee nothing will happen to you. What we can do is make it much harder and, if it does happen, help you recover quickly.

Nor certificates we don’t issue

We don’t issue compliance certifications. If a client or a public body asks you for an official one, we tell you who issues it and help you prepare the documentation.

Nor testing without permission

We only review and attack systems that are yours, with your written authorisation and the scope agreed before we start.

And AI is separate

If your company uses ChatGPT, Copilot or its own chatbot, that is covered by our AI security service.

FAQ

What people usually ask

Is my company too small to be attacked?+No. Most attacks on small businesses aren’t targeted: they are mass emails, leaked passwords tried automatically and out-of-date computers found by scanning the internet. The attacker doesn’t care about size; they are looking for an open door. That is why the first step isn’t buying anything, but closing the basics: two-factor authentication, updates, isolated backups and a team that can recognise a scam.
What does the audit include?+We review computers and servers (updates, antivirus, administrator accounts, encryption), the network (router, firewall, Wi-Fi, guest network), cloud accounts and email (two-factor authentication, permissions, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and backups (where they are, whether they are isolated and whether they can be restored). At the end you get a written report of what we found, ordered by risk, with the cost of fixing each point.
Do I have to comply with the NIS2 directive?+It depends on your sector and size. NIS2 mainly applies to medium-sized and large companies in essential or important sectors, but it also affects their suppliers, who increasingly receive security questionnaires from their clients. As the Spanish legislation implementing it has kept being updated, in the audit we tell you what applies to you under the rules in force on the day, and what is worth having ready even if you aren’t obliged to.
What about the GDPR?+The GDPR requires security measures appropriate to the risk for the personal data you handle: access control, backups, encryption where needed and knowing how to react to a breach, which in many cases has to be reported to the supervisory authority within 72 hours. The audit covers the technical side of all that. The legal side, such as contracts or the record of processing activities, is for your adviser.
What do I do if I’ve already been attacked?+Disconnect the affected computer from the network, don’t pay any ransom, and call us. The first thing is to stop it spreading and find out what happened; then recover from clean backups and change any passwords that may be compromised. If personal data is affected, we help you gather the information for the notification. The steps are in what to do in the first few hours of a ransomware attack.
Do you do pentesting?+Yes, of systems that are yours and always with written authorisation: your website, your remote access or the services you have exposed to the internet. The scope, the dates and what is off limits are agreed before we start, and the result is a report with each flaw, how to reproduce it and how to fix it. The price depends on the scope. For chatbots and AI agents there is our AI security service.
Do you work remotely?+Yes. Auditing accounts, email and cloud, the training and much of the fixing are done remotely, so we work with businesses outside the Vallès just as well. To review the office network and router it is best to come in person; in the Vallès Oriental that’s no problem. Calls are in Spanish or Catalan; in English we work with you in writing, by email or WhatsApp.
