Windows or Linux installed, up-to-date drivers and the BIOS properly configured, so it performs as it should.

Stability testing
Hours of processor, graphics and memory testing before handover. If something fails, it shows up here and not at your home.

Once you approve it, we order the parts, check them when they arrive and build the computer.

Testing
We run stability and temperature tests before we sign it off.

You get it ready to use, with everything from your old computer moved across if you ask us to.

A good computer is the one that fits what you do, not the most expensive one.
We don’t sell you what you won’t notice
If a more expensive part changes nothing for what you’ll be doing, we tell you.
Nor hide the price of the parts
Every part is in the quote with its price. Assembly is charged separately and you know that from the start.
Nor install unlicensed software
The system and programs come with their licences, or we explain the free alternatives.
Nor throw out what still works
If the case, power supply or drives from your old computer are still good, we reuse them.

What people usually ask
Can I bring my own parts?+
Yes. We check them when we receive them and, if any doesn’t match the rest or arrives damaged, we tell you before building. The assembly price is the same; the difference is that you handle each part’s warranty with the shop where you bought it.How much does a complete PC cost?+
It depends mainly on the graphics card and the processor, which is where most of the money goes. That’s why we start by asking what you’ll be doing with it: we give you a list of parts with their prices for that use and adjust it until it fits what you want to spend. Assembly and set-up start at €60.How long does it take?+
However long the parts take to arrive, plus one or two days for assembly and testing. If a part has a long lead time, we tell you when we give you the quote and suggest alternatives.What about the warranty?+
Each part carries its manufacturer’s or the shop’s warranty, and we give you the invoices. If something fails in the first few days, we check it at the workshop to find out which part it is and help you with the claim.Will you move the data from my old computer?+
Yes. We move documents, photos and email to the new computer, and tell you which programs you’ll need to reinstall with your licence. If the old drive is in good condition, we can also reuse it as a data drive.Where is it handed over?+
