A door is about security and, sometimes, personal data.
We don’t suggest fingerprints unless needed
Fingerprints and facial recognition are biometric data, and the GDPR restricts them heavily. A card, a code or a phone almost always does the same job.
Nor touch the electrical installation
If a new circuit or work on the fuse box is needed, a licensed electrician does it and we coordinate it.
Nor decide for the community of owners
In a building, replacing the street intercom is up to the community of owners. We help you with the quote to put to them.
And cameras, if you want them

Can I open the door when I’m not at home?+
Yes. The video intercom alerts your phone when someone calls; you see and talk to them and let them in if you want, from anywhere with a connection. All it needs is an electric door release on the door, or one fitted.Does it work in a flat in a block?+
It depends on the building’s installation. The street intercom belongs to the community of owners, and replacing it is their decision. What is often possible is fitting a monitor in your flat that receives calls from the existing intercom and passes them to your phone. We check during the visit.Can I use fingerprints to get into the office?+
You can, but it is usually not advisable. A fingerprint is biometric data, and the GDPR only allows it to be used in well-justified cases and with safeguards. To control who gets in, a card, a code or a phone does the same job without that problem, and that is what we’ll suggest.What happens if the power or the internet goes down?+
Without internet, the video intercom still rings on the screen at home or in the office; what stops working is the alert on your phone. Without power, it depends on the equipment and the lock: we set it up so the door can always be opened with a key or from the inside.Is there a monthly fee?+
