We are based in Granollers (Spain) and in El Salvador we work remotely only: web development, search engine optimisation, hosting, social media, branding and IT support. We have no technicians there and do no on-site installations; we offer what can be done well at a distance, which is almost everything digital.

Working with a company on another continent has two practical details worth being clear about before starting: when we reply and which currency you pay in. Both have a simple answer.
Your morning is our afternoon
El Salvador is on UTC−6 all year round and doesn’t change its clocks. Spain does: the difference is 7 hours in winter and 8 in summer, from late March to late October. Our hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00 in Spain, fall between 2:00 and 13:00 in El Salvador in winter and between 1:00 and 12:00 in summer. In practice we overlap with your whole morning, and anything you send us in the afternoon is read before your next working day begins.
Dollars there, euros here
El Salvador has used the US dollar since 2001. We are a Spanish company, THRAX BIEITO INGENIERIA INFORMATICA SL, and our prices are in euros. That is why the quote is fixed and in writing before we start: you know the exact amount, and the only thing that varies is the exchange rate on the day you pay.

It isn’t a local service with a remote option: for El Salvador all the work is designed to be done remotely, with no visits to pay for.
WhatsApp and email
No international calls: we talk on WhatsApp and by email, in Spanish or, in writing, in English, and everything important stays in writing.
We tell you what we don’t do
Cameras, cabling, Starlink or recovering a disk mean going on site. We don’t offer them in El Salvador, and we’d rather say so up front.
What it’s like to work with us from El Salvador
It all starts with a conversation, usually on WhatsApp or by email during your morning. You tell us what you need, we ask whatever questions are needed and we send you a written quote, with what it includes and what it doesn’t. Nothing starts until you have accepted it.
A website or an online shop is built the same way whether you are in Granollers or San Salvador: design, content, revisions and launch go by email and over a test version you can open on your phone. The same goes for hosting, business email or managing your social media: none of it depends on distance.
Ranking in El Salvador is not ranking in Spain. Google shows different results depending on the country the search comes from, and a Salvadoran business competes with others there, not with those in Barcelona. That is why the SEO work starts with what your customers search for from El Salvador and how they phrase it, not with a keyword list designed for another market.
IT support is done by connecting to your computer with your permission: an email account that won’t connect, a program that crashes, a slow computer or a backup that needs checking. Anything that means touching the hardware or going to the premises is out of scope; if that’s what you need, we’ll tell you in the first message.
About working with us from El Salvador
How do you work with a client in El Salvador if you are in Spain?+
Remotely, from start to finish. We talk on WhatsApp or by email, send you the quote in writing and, once accepted, the work is reviewed on test versions you can open on any device. For IT support we connect to your computer only with your permission. Nobody needs to travel and you don’t have to call an international number.
What hours can I contact you from El Salvador?+
We work Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00, Spanish time. As El Salvador is on UTC−6 and doesn’t change its clocks, that means 2:00 to 13:00 in winter and 1:00 to 12:00 in summer (from late March to late October, when Spain puts its clocks forward). We overlap with your whole morning; anything you send us in the afternoon is read first thing our time, before your next working day begins.
Which currency do I pay in?+
Our prices and quotes are in euros, because we are a Spanish company and invoice as such. El Salvador uses the US dollar, so the amount in dollars depends on the exchange rate on the day you pay. The quote is fixed before we start, so that is the only variable.
Which services don’t you offer in El Salvador?+
Anything that means going on site: installing security cameras, running cabling or setting up networks, installing Starlink or recovering data from a disk, which has to be physically in our workshop. We have no technicians in El Salvador and won’t pretend otherwise. What we do offer is everything digital: websites, SEO, hosting, social media, design and remote support.
Can you get a business in El Salvador found on Google?+
Yes. Ranking doesn’t depend on where the person doing it is, but on understanding what your customer searches for and how they search for it from El Salvador. We work on the website, the content and, if your business has premises, its Google Business Profile, which is yours and is managed just as well remotely.
